We offer State Licensed Before and/or After School Child Care for Plain City Elementary. Our Staff are trained professionals. They attend ongoing trainings in the following areas: Child Abuse, First Aid and CPR, Communicable Diseases and Child Development. Activities at Before/After School Care vary daily. The activity schedules are planned in advance and posted to encourage children to plan for upcoming events.
This Before and After School Care is operated and ran by the Union County Family YMCA. It is located at 580 S. Chillicothe St, Plain City, OH 43064.
Hours: Monday—Friday: Before School Care: 6:30am - 8:30am After School Care: 3:30pm - 6:00pm Registration: Starts in April for current participants. New student registration begins in May. Forms are then available for those who would like to enter the program. Please Note: Spots are reserved on a first come first serve basis with final approval by the Administrative department. Snacks are provided in the afternoon session. The program operates during two hour delays; however, since this program is in the school it does not operate during scheduled school breaks, snow days, or cancellations after two hour delays.
While we won't be able to offer summer day camp in Plain City this summer,
we still care about families receiving quality care and having a positive summer experience.
