We offer State Licensed Before and/or After School Child Care for Plain City Elementary. Our Staff are trained professionals. They attend ongoing trainings in the following areas: Child Abuse, First Aid and CPR, Communicable Diseases and Child Development. Activities at YMCA Kid Connect vary daily. The activity schedules are planned in advance and posted to encourage children to plan for upcoming events.
Hours: Monday—Friday: 6:30—8:30am and 3:30—6:00pm.
Registration: Starts in April for current participants. New student registration begins in May. Forms are then available for those who would like to enter the program.

Please Note: Spots are reserved on a first come first serve basis with final approval by the Administrative department. Snacks are provided in the afternoon session. The program operates during two hour delays; however, since this program is in the school it does not operate during scheduled school breaks, snow days, or cancellations after two hour delays.

Variety of age appropriate activities that promote opportunities for children to explore their environment safely and confidently.
Activities are led by assigned teachers, as well as, self directed by the child. Creativity is encouraged to help promote individual growth.
Group and individual play. Kid Connect has activities that promote decision making skills, teach responsible behavior, and develop the child’s self confidence.
