The Union County Family YMCA Swim Team is growing, and we’re looking to add Assistant Swim Team Coaches to our coaching staff! Working alongside our Head Swim Coach, Assistant Coaches will help support practices, develop swimmers of all ages and skill levels, and create a positive team environment where athletes can grow, build confidence, and achieve their goals. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about swimming, enjoy working with youth, and want to make a meaningful impact on our growing swim program. Whether you have previous coaching experience or a strong competitive swimming background, we’d love to hear from you! Swim Instructors
Provide direct leadership, instruction and motivation for students in swimming classes. Experience preferred.
Personal Trainer
We are currently seeking certified Personal Trainers who want to impact lives of others and help them achieve their fitness, health and wellness goals. Personal Trainers are responsible for developing personal workout programs for YMCA members and provide YMCA members with current and accurate information regarding health and fitness. Must be able to work flexible hours and display outstanding customer service. Certified Personal Trainers are required to have current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications and a personal training certification through one of the national organizations.
Group Exercise Instructor
Responsible for providing excellent and safe instruction, motivation, and support to YMCA members and program participants in Group Exercise programs,
and for the cleanliness and general upkeep of the group exercise area(s).
