We are looking for a Swim Team Assistant Coach to support the development, organization, 
and implementation of the UCFY Swim Team. The Swim Team Assistant Coach is responsible 
for coordinating, managing and the operation of a portion of the UCFY Swim Team activities.

This position is part time and starts in September 2023. Interested individuals must be 
available during the evening hours of Monday, Wednesday and Friday and weekends for 
swim team practices and meets. Prior coaching and/or competitive swimming experience 
preferred.  Rate of pay is dependent upon experience.

Welcome Desk Staff
Welcome Desk Staff are the face of the Y and handle day-to-day operations at the Welcome Desk 
and provide customer service to members and guests.  They also posses a strong understanding 
of all YMCA programs and services.

Position duties: Greeting members/guests, processing memberships and program
registrations, handling transactions, handling calls.

Position details: Part-time, Available Hours - Sundays 11:30am-6pm with availability for 
additional weekday or weekend coverage as needed, must be 18 years or older and 
includes a YMCA Membership.

Responsible for the overall safety and well-being of those in the pool area. Variety of shifts available.    

Kidzone Staff
Interested individuals will be in charge of the direct supervision and safety of the children in our Kidzone. 
Duties include but not limited to: interacting with children in a warm and positive manner, listening, and
responding to their language/communication with respect and caring at all times. Morning and weekend shifts available with
opportunities to pick up additional shifts. 

Personal Trainer

We are currently seeking certified Personal Trainers who want to impact lives of others and help them achieve their fitness, health and wellness goals. Personal Trainers are responsible for developing personal workout programs for YMCA members and provide YMCA members with current and accurate information regarding health and fitness.  Must be able to work flexible hours and display outstanding customer service. Certified Personal Trainers are required to have current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications and a personal training certification through one of the national organizations.

Swim Instructors

Provide direct leadership, instruction and motivation for students in swimming classes. Experience preferred.
