The Union County Family YMCA is proud to offer LiveSTRONG® at the YMCA, a FREE 12-week adult exercise program designed to support adult cancer survivors as they work to regain their physical, emotional, and spiritual strength in a safe and welcoming environment.

📅Class Details:
• Mondays & Thursdays
• 6:00pm–7:30pm
• Begins: Monday, February 16th
• Ends: Thursday, April 23rd

This program is open to adult cancer survivors and focuses on building strength, confidence, and community.
