Personal Training is a service exclusively for YMCA members. Your YMCA’s team of personal trainers is group of certified and experienced professionals dedicated to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals. Your Time and Health are valuable, so make sure you get the most out of your membership and each workout. Whether you are an adult, teen or youth consulting with a personal trainer will enable you to get started with a professionally designed and individualized exercise program.

184_maryanneI have been in the Fitness industry for 10 years with 4 of those years as a personal trainer. I will work with you one on one or in a group training setting. My desire to see you achieve your health and fitness goals is a priority. To see the results that people can accomplish is very satisfying!

Personal Bio:

195_lisahighbergerPhysical exercise is a very important part of my life today. About 10 years ago I decided to make some significant changes in my life. One of those decisions was to add a complete fitness routine to my daily schedule. I have found regular exercise to be important in developing balance in my life. I also find that I feel much better physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally when exercise is part of my daily routine. It is a great way to decompress, release stress and make new friends.

When I began my journey in physical fitness, I was immediately drawn to yoga for flexibility, strength and conditioning. I became a certified yoga instructor in 2006 and have been teaching classes ever since. I round out my workouts with regular weight training to increase muscle mass and metabolism as well as to improve my bone health.

I look forward to sharing my experience with you and helping you reach your fitness goals!

Activities are led by assigned teachers, as well as, self directed by the child.  Creativity is encouraged to help promote individual growth.
