MaryAnne Couchman
Personal Bio:

184_maryanneI have been in the Fitness industry for 10 years with 4 of those years as a personal trainer. I will work with you one on one or in a group training setting. My desire to see you achieve your health and fitness goals is a priority. To see the results that people can accomplish is very satisfying!

  • YMCA Personal Trainer Strength and Conditioning
  • YMCA Foundations of Group Exercise, including high/low aerobics, step, boot camp, total body, interval training and stability ball, and water aerobics.
  • Cycle Reebok certified
  • Silver Sneakers certified
Lisa Highberger
Meet Lisa Highberger: 

 

Lisa likes to spend quality time getting to know each client, learning their physical fitness goals, helping them to achieve their goals regardless of their age or handy caps by using Weight training, Cardio, Yoga and Pilates. 

Chris Lawson
Meet Chris Lawson: 

Chris’s personal training expertise includes HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), focusing on helping the individual with their weight loss and muscle building goals through guidance in ways of proper nutritional supplementation.

 

 

Gretchen Kinney
Meet Gretchen Kinney: 

Gretchen’s focus is on Strength and Endurance Training in both Adults as well as Youth. When training the youth she works on speed and agility, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and when working with women helping them with muscle building and strength.

 

 

 

 

Lori Rogers
Meet Lori Rogers: 

Working with individuals on proper form, activities of daily living, injury prevention, and work/sport movements to help her clients become stronger and more confident in their exercise journey is what Lori’s passion is. Lori also can assist in prenatal, neonatal and postnatal woman seeking physical fitness during this time in their lives.
