Wayne Eggleston
Personal Bio:
184_wayne_egglestonI am a former Staff Sergeant E6 for the U.S Army. I Deployed in Direct Support of Operation Enduring Freedom in 2008-2009, and 2011-2012 to Afghanistan as a Joint Fires Observer. I am also an assistant football coach at Marysville High School where I coach wide receivers. I go to school at The Ohio State University where I major in Middle Childhood Education. I understood at a very young age that fitness was a very important aspect in life. Frank Columbo, a former Mr. Olympia once said working out and lifting weights is truly the fountain of youth. These words have always inspired me to come to the gym and be healthy. I wanted to be a personal trainer so I could inspire clients and teach them ways to reach their personal goals. Clients will walk away knowing I worked extremely hard for them. All I ask is that you give me 110%, because I will always give you 110%, and I won’t ever quit on you.

Michelle Forrider
Personal Bio:

173_2014-10-07_13.36.57Before becoming a trainer a year ago, I stayed home with my 3 children. My oldest child has just started his first year of college. I have helped my son achieve his goal of being a state wrestling champion by keeping him focused and on task. I’ve always been supportive and positive. I decided being a Personal Trainer was exactly what I wanted to do! I want to help other people achieve their goals of living a healthier life!

The YMCA is the perfect place for me to train because the Y philosophy is more than just being “in shape”, but living a balanced life. Mind, body and spirit! This is my goal and what I want to see others attain!

Lisa Higberger
Personal Bio:

195_lisahighbergerPhysical exercise is a very important part of my life today. About 10 years ago I decided to make some significant changes in my life. One of those decisions was to add a complete fitness routine to my daily schedule. I have found regular exercise to be important in developing balance in my life. I also find that I feel much better physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally when exercise is part of my daily routine. It is a great way to decompress, release stress and make new friends.

When I began my journey in physical fitness, I was immediately drawn to yoga for flexibility, strength and conditioning. I became a certified yoga instructor in 2006 and have been teaching classes ever since. I round out my workouts with regular weight training to increase muscle mass and metabolism as well as to improve my bone health.

I look forward to sharing my experience with you and helping you reach your fitness goals!
