Sport Director
We are looking for an individual who develops, organizes and implements high quality
Youth, Family, and Teen sports program(s) at the Union County Family YMCA. This position
will be responsible for increasing the youth sports leagues participation into a more robust
program, as well as creating new youth, teen and adult sports programs for our community
to benefit from. This Cause Driven Leader must be willing to think outside of the box and create
new exciting programs for our families to enjoy together across multiple age groups. We are also
looking for a self-motivated individual who is willing to take direction and run with the possibilities.
This position is responsible for the youth sports staff teams.
General Information:
• Sports knowledge and experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
• Full-time
• Schedule is flexible but must be able to work evenings and weekends during sports leagues
• Responsible for organizing and execution of the Y's Youth and Adult Sports Leagues
• Develop and monitor the sports budget
• Ensure program quality
• Effective communicator
• Personable and highly organized

Summer Camp Counselor
Are you looking for a summer job that involves working with kids, going on field trips, and having fun?! Summer Day Camp is right around the corner and we need your help to make this the best one yet! General Information: • Loves working with Youth • Part-time and Full-time available • Monday - Friday 8am-4pm (June 2 - August 15) • Provide a fun, exciting, and interactive place for kids to spend their summer • Ensure a safe, effective, and enriching operation of our Summer Day Camp • Child Care experience preferred • Must be 18 years or older • Potential to stay on with the Y after summer • Free YMCA Membership Deadline to submit your application is April 30, 2025. Personal Trainer
We are currently seeking certified Personal Trainers who want to impact lives of others and help them achieve their fitness, health and wellness goals. Personal Trainers are responsible for developing personal workout programs for YMCA members and provide YMCA members with current and accurate information regarding health and fitness. Must be able to work flexible hours and display outstanding customer service. Certified Personal Trainers are required to have current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications and a personal training certification through one of the national organizations.
Group Exercise Instructor
Responsible for providing excellent and safe instruction, motivation, and support to YMCA members and program participants in Group Exercise programs,
and for the cleanliness and general upkeep of the group exercise area(s).

Swim Instructors
Provide direct leadership, instruction and motivation for students in swimming classes. Experience preferred.
