Aquatics Director: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Aquatics Director to lead and strengthen our aquatics programs. This full-time leadership role is responsible for overseeing pool operations, staff supervision, swim lessons, and overall aquatic safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong aquatics background, a passion for developing staff, and the ability to build engaging, high-quality programs for our members and community. Lifeguard certification is strongly preferred, along with the ability to lead with energy, organization, and a commitment to safety and excellence.
Salary Range – $44,000 – $50,000
